The Wellbeing Bank Account™ is a simple yet powerful framework I created to help people visualize and nurture their emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing — just like a financial bank account. Every day, we make deposits through healthy habits, meaningful connections, rest, and joy. And we make withdrawals through stress, overcommitment, and emotional strain.
When our wellbeing balance is low, we can feel depleted, disconnected, or overwhelmed. By learning to notice the balance — and intentionally making deposits — we can restore energy, strengthen resilience, and create a healthier relationship with ourselves and others.
